Direct Reservations on ito-one.com: For reservations made directly on our website www.ito-one.com, guests can cancel without charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will not be refundable. In case of an eligible cancellation, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Reservations via Booking.com: For reservations made through Booking.com, please refer to the specific cancellation conditions mentioned in your booking confirmation on Booking.com.

Reservations via Airbnb: For reservations made through Airbnb, please consult the cancellation conditions stated in your booking confirmation on Airbnb.

Reservations via a Third Party: For reservations made through another service or travel agency, please consult the cancellation conditions provided by the relevant third party at the time of your booking.

Best Price Guarantee: We guarantee the best price for all clients who book directly via our website. Enjoy the most advantageous rates by booking directly with us.

Differences in Reservation Types: Please note that conditions may vary depending on whether the booking is made by the night, or by the week, and whether the hotel is rented out entirely for private use or not.

Cancellation by ITO ONE: ITO ONE reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time and without prior reason. In such cases, ITO ONE commits to fully refund the client within 15 working days.
